February 2026

February is the shortest month on the calendar and it always seems to be over before it starts. This year was no exception as the first signs of spring brought with it a renewed sense of urgency. Emails and phone calls to sponsors and partners only increased our excitement to get back on the range for another season with our archery family.

On February 13th, HHAUSA attended the Sweets For Retreats Dessert Auction Fundraiser for Be Still Retreats. Celebrating ten years of ministry, good friends and Be Still founders Jesse and Lindsay Urban have hosted over 8,000 pastors, missionaries and church leaders in an effort to end clergy burnout. We are excited to partner with them in July for the inaugural Rest In The Riser 3D Shoot at God’s Country Stick N’ String. Stay tuned for more details soon!

We had an opportunity to share the HHAUSA story at the St. John’s Lutheran Church Wild Game Feed in Wausau on February 21st. Some great connections were made with many Military and First Responders in the audience, including several that we will see at our events over the summer. Thank you to Lyle Kunze, Pastor John Stransky and their community for a wonderful evening and one we plan to enjoy for years to come.

The Centershot Blue Bow and Joe Program at Blackhawk Archers of Stevens Point continues to see new faces each Thursday morning. Hunting Day Coffee and friendly banter fill the range each week as new friendships are formed through the sport of archery.

We are blessed to work with so many great partners across the country. Our shared love of archery and the outdoors is only surpassed by a heart to serve the servants. Changing lives one arrow at a time, we couldn’t do this without your support.

Think spring, and God bless!
